What we collect

• To deliver your license: your email, your name or company (as you want it on the license and invoice), the plan you bought, the amount and order reference. We never see or store your card details.
• Zero telemetry in the software: neither the XtudioPdf runtime libraries nor the visual designer phone home or send us any data about your computers, users or documents. License keys (XTPD.…) are validated 100% offline using cryptographic signatures.

Cookies

This static website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To deliver and renew your licenses, issue commercial invoices, provide support and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (domain, CDN and static hosting of the site) and our email provider for support and license delivery.

How long we keep it

Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as the license exists and the period tax and commercial law require.

Your rights

Under the Peruvian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 29733) and its regulations you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent; where it applies, you also have your rights under the GDPR. Write to support@xtudiopdf.com; we answer within the deadlines set by those rules. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can go to the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Autoridad Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales) of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
