Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases of XtudioPdf licenses from TELCOMDEV S.A.C.S. (RUC 20616562259, Calvo de Araujo 1721, Iquitos, Maynas, Loreto, Peru; "we").

Purchases

  • Prices are shown in US dollars, before applicable taxes.
  • Your Pro license key (XTPD.…) and commercial invoice are delivered by email once payment is confirmed.
  • The use of the software is governed by the XtudioPdf License Agreement: the Community edition is free (with 100% of features unlocked) for individual developers, open-source projects, non-profits and companies with under $1,000,000 USD in annual gross revenue; companies at or above that threshold (or requiring priority support) require a Pro license.

Renewals

Renewing is optional. A renewal adds 12 months of updates, counted from the end of your current period or from the purchase date if it already ended. If you don't renew, you keep using the versions you already have forever.

Support

Priority email support (questions about using XtudioPdf, help with your templates, bug reports) is included while your Pro updates are active: the first 12 months, and every period you renew. Help with your purchase, your license key or a refund is always free.

Offline validation

Each Pro license covers the number of developers of its plan. Both the designer and your production servers validate the license key (XTPD.…) 100% offline using cryptographic signatures and never send data to us. Sharing a key outside your plan's developers can lead to its revocation.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse this website: no fraud, no attempts to break its security, no automated abuse.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy (14-day full refund, no questions asked).

Changes

We may change prices or these terms. Changes don't affect purchases you already made.

Liability and law

To the extent allowed by law, the website is provided "as is", and the liability limits of the License Agreement apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru; the competent courts of Peru have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants you.
