Refund Policy

• 14 days, no questions asked: if XtudioPdf Pro isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase (or renewal) and we'll refund it in full.
• After 14 days: we'll still refund duplicate purchases, and purchases affected by a problem we can't fix.
• How: write to support@xtudiopdf.com with your order reference. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• After a refund the Pro license key is revoked.
• Try everything for free first: the Community edition includes 100% of technical features with no time limit.

This policy doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer protection law of your country, such as those granted by the Peruvian Consumer Protection Code (Law 29571).
